Joshua Varnado  / Owner, Project Manager, Master Carpenter

Josh has spent his entire adult life in the construction industry in North Texas. He started out after college learning to become a master wood worker from his father Bruce, who still works with GCH. Over time Josh developed a thirst to complete larger and more challenging projects and has taken GCH into the full service Home Builder and Home Renovation company that it is today.

Bruce Ben-David  / Founder and Master Carpenter

Mr. Ben-David has worked in the Dallas Fort Worth metro area for over 50 years. Starting as a union carpenter in the early 70's and working his way up to master / lead carpenter status. Once he obtained the necessary skills he started remodeling and building houses. Some of his craftsmanship can be seen in national publications such as architectural digest, better homes and gardens, southern living, USA today among other publications. Bruce spends his free time going to the horse races and playing golf with his son Josh.

Jake Mirelez  /  Junior Project Manager

Mr. Mirelez recently joined the GCH team as a junior project manager while continuing his senior year of studies in Emergency Management at the University of North Texas. Jake brings a fresh perspective to the building process for everyone on the GCH team. During his free time Jake enjoys camping, hiking and mountain biking.
